The Alumni Sharing Knowledge (ASK) program’s mission is to connect current SUNY Oswego students and recent graduates with alumni mentors from a variety of professional industries and with a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences.
The mentee application process is simple and grants applicants access to the university's ASK Mentor Directory, where mentees can search for alumni that match their interests. An ASK coordinator assists mentees in making the initial connection with their alumni mentor, after which mentees may engage one-on-one with their mentor directly.
The ASK program also assists faculty, staff and student clubs/organizations with alumni research and outreach for campus events, alumni panels, classroom visits, Q&A sessions and more.
