SUNY Oswego President Deborah F. Stanley invites members of the college -- students, faculty and staff, and the Oswego community -- residents and business owners to a downtown Town Hall on Tuesday evening, Nov. 13, from 6 to 7:30 p.m., at the Roy C. McCrobie Building, 41 Lake Street, Oswego (next to Breitbeck Park).
