Tyler Art Gallery

Tyler Art Gallery (TAG) Reopened in the fall of 2016, along with the rest of Tyler Hall. Along with updating the existing features, there were several additions made to the gallery. One of the more apparent changes is the swinging wall section located directly to the right of the gallery’s main doors, allowing members of the gallery to open a larger area during high traffic periods, such as exhibition receptions. The curator of the gallery is Mike Flanagan, who promotes the art department, not only on campus, but in the Oswego community and downtown as well.

"The new gallery has a more contemporary atmosphere and quite a few new design elements have been introduced to modernize the space. The movable wall sections in particular, allow for a lot of interesting changes to the room's layout." - Lily Choi, MA Graduate '17
