A technical problem has developed in the following building(s): East side fenced in area behind Lonis, Moreland, and Mackin.

In order to serve you better, National Grid is conducting repairs on a natural gas transmission pipeline in front of NRG(Oswego Stam Station). The intent is to cut mover a high pressure gas pipeline as the gas crew will bleed natural gas into the local gas distribution system. This should limit release of odor so they can work safety on the natural gas pipeline. However, to do this they will need to connect and disconnect some of the valving/piping and that is when the smell of natural gas may be evident. any release will be limited and is not expected to las longm however this is a heads up the natural gas works will be occurring in that area.

Specificall, the outage will affect: Natural gas smell in the vicinity of the east side fenced in area behind Lonis, Moreland, and Mackin.
