This gives us the ability for 24/7 monitoring and remediation. We will eventually have a play book with them and they will have step-by-step instructions on what they can do. Sean - This is coming from NYS and SUNY to institute this. Greg - There are a couple different phases, we have access to the product, we are currently selecting where we will be deploying. Phase two we will be working directly with the Crowdstrike engineers once that is complete we will be disabling Cylance and enabling Crowdstrike.
    5. Greg - Departmental email accounts - MFA and data protection. We will be adding the departmental, student organizations and clubs to the MFA. There are about 500 accounts. There will be an announcement next week. MFA for Departments, student organizations and clubs. Announcements will be going out next week.
    6. Print project - Karen Hurd & Steven Denbleyker
    7. NYS SUNY’s have instituted this initiative to switch over to a more efficient system. Will see some savings on our maintenance and cost for printers. Our print fleet has become aged, a lot of parts will not be replaced.
    8. Rich Hall has been completely changed to the Pharos print system. There is one printer per floor and one color printer. The next building will be Poucher Hall.
    9. Steven - Dave and his team did a great job. Poucher is the next building to be done. We have a workflow and project tasks that will help get this building set up. Nicole has sent out an email to the departments. Provost will pay for the paper for all academic departments as well as toner. We have a room established for the incoming printers so that we can get them activated. We will not take the current printers until we are ready to install the new ones.
