    1. Leigh - At the end of the meeting we will be talking about the strategic plan and I will be asking if you have any needs, wants, etc. for strategic planning.  My example concerns technology and making some sort of aggregate portal that will aggregate any faculty, chair, admin to be able to use.  It is very difficult to use all the apps to help us use the technology.  

      1. Sean - I think that some of the things that Leigh is talking about is the digital experience.  
      2. Rick B - I think there is some discussion about moving forward, possibly creating a custom link for people, an interface for people to populate with what they need.  Common use cases for faculty, staff and students.  How do we make it easier for people to do their jobs?  One of the first phases is to get that customizable list and feature for all audiences to curate.  There are about 50 different systems that we use and as part of improving the digital experience and make it seamless for everyone.  Leigh - I was trying to hire an admin and started to try to show the different systems and it was such a crazy series of events.

  4. Committees Update

    1. TIP update - Awarded six grants.   Will be doing a spring TIP.  $30,000 will be available.  Will be due at the end of May. 

    2. ITC Update - Dave - We have not met yet.  Will schedule soon.

  5. CTS Projects Updates

    1. CTS Projects Updates - Sean shared some current projects that CTS is involved in.
    2. Print Project (Nicole) - Nicole reviewed what the Print Initiative is—Oswego Print for employees and Laker Print for students.

      1. Pilot project in Rich Hall - The Univeristy started with Rich Hall.  The first floor of Rich up and running.  Will be starting on the second floor in the next few weeks.

    3. Digital Learning Environment Update (Kathi, Nicole & Theresa)

  6. The improved Digital Experience

    1. CampusGroups Application (Vanessa Taylor)

      1. Student engagement platform.   

      2. Ended the contract with Engage and now we use CampusGroups.  Helps create more dynamic engagement within student groups.

    2. SUNY’s Digital Transformation Project (Sean Moriarty)

    3. Strategic planning and the role of technology on campus? (Leigh Wilson)

      1. Leigh - Sean wants to hear what everyone wants to see.  

      2. Discussion regarding digital planning

      3. Irene - Co chairing a regional committee.  Two themes keep floating up, our website definitely needs work for external customers.   Second, love the LakerLife for our students.  There should be a way to aggregate all of the things that we do so that marketing or strategic planning area can push this out to our community.  Still in initial stages but those are the two items that we feel are important to tackle.

      4. Leigh - Everything I said about CTS is true.  A passionate service to anyone and everything.  Sean, very proud of our group.

      5. Leigh will be retiring at the end of the semester.  We will be looking for someone to be the chair of CTAB.  Feel free to reach out to Leigh if you have any questions.
