  • Dave S. is getting an error logging into BB in Windows.  Shouldn’t be happening, Kathi suggested to submit a ticket.

  • Committee Reports
    • ITC Report - Theresa - Met Wednesday, March 2nd.  Committee will review the policy for regular and substantive interaction.  DLE update, more later in the meeting.  DLE committee is continuing to communicate with the campus.  Next meeting will be end of March or early May

    • CTS Report - Sean

      • Kristi - Thanks for all the help and support.  Received many commendations and some collegial advice which is part of the process.  Only two recommendations, role of the college council - presidential search and presidential evaluations.  Extremely impressed with our IT and digital learning.  Impressed by the spirit of collaboration.

      • Nicole - Did something different, we ordered equipment ahead of time.  65 FCRs, —- VAPs.  Print initiative, meeting with departments.  Working with SUNY and Pharos.  60% decrease in printing.  

    • Update on Multi Factor Authentication, the plans for the new Digital Learning Environment and the SUNY Oswego print project.  Dave B. - MFA tried it on my iPhone, it was a difficult process on the phone.  Easiest way to configure it is on laptop or desktop.  Dan L. - Make sure when you set up the app, you use the related KB article that is mentioned in the MFA page:  https://oswego.service-now.com/kb_view_customer.do?sysparm_article=KB0011118

      • Discussion regarding tokens.  

    • DLE Update - Kathi

    • BB will not be available in the fall.  We will be working diligently to get everything migrated.

    Sean - One of the advantages is advanced security.  We are working on our cyber insurance.  We need to focus on cyber security.
