October 31, 2018

SUNY Oswego’s online master of business administration program added another national plaudit recently, ranked 28th -- the highest of any public college in New York state -- by business-school site Poets and Quants.

Oswego was the only SUNY school on the list, and one of four in the Empire State in the 35-place ranking that compiled admissions standards, the MBA experience and career outcomes.

Many of Oswego's online MBA students are working professionals looking to advance their careers, contributing to the program’s growth of 113 percent in the past five years. SUNY Oswego’s online MBA program runs year-round, including offerings in winter and summer, enabling accelerated degree completion.

Earlier this year, U.S. News ranked Oswego's online MBA highest in New York state and 33rd nationally among online master of business administration programs.

Poets and Quants has “the largest team of journalists covering business schools,” according to its website, and “publishes more articles, series and videos on MBA programs and management education than any other media outlet in the world.”
