College's spring musical 'Urinetown' wittily targets tyranny

Opposing forces strike a warlike pose in SUNY Oswego's "Urinetown: The Musical," entering its final weekend April 26 to 28, with performances at 7:30 p.m. Thursday and Friday, and a concluding matinee at 2 p.m. Saturday. "Urinetown," a satirical comedy musical that won Tony Awards during its time on Broadway, arrays greedy bathroom monopolists and corrupt politicians against townspeople fighting for the right to pee for free.
