On Wednesday, March 15, Blackboard’s Cumulative Update 4 (CU4) was installed on our Bb Learn instance to resolve several current problems. Unfortunately, CU4 introduced a new problem – inability to reorder Content items using the drag and drop function. This problem affects both Windows and Mac computers using either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
If you experience this problem, clear your browser’s history then restart the browser. Should the problem persist, please contact either Open SUNY or the campus Bb Learn support team.
