Student reports "Forcible touching" by unknown suspect

According to a statement made this evening to University Police, a SUNY Oswego female student has reported that she was forcefully touched by an unknown male suspect earlier today, Sept. 7, at approximately 2 p.m. The incident occurred in the vicinity of the softball fields, between Sheldon Hall and the Lakeside Dining Center.
Extra patrols have since been added to ensure greater University Police presence on campus. Members of our campus community are asked to contact University Police at 315.312.5555 if you were in the vicinity at the time of this incident and can help in identifying the suspect.
