Arrests March 16 to 29

Between March 16 and 29, 2018, SUNY Oswego police have investigated several cases of found property and drug possession, and made 11 arrests.

Misdemeanors

Police arrested a 21-year-old Baiting Hollow man on charges of third-degree criminal trespass.

A 20-year-old commuter student was charged with resisting arrest, a misdemeanor, and three motor vehicle violations.

Violations

A 26-year-old Willow Grove, Pennsylvania, man was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and a motor vehicle equipment violation.

Motor vehicle misdemeanors 

A 20-year-old Red Creek woman was arrested for driving with a suspended registration and a motor vehicle equipment violation.

In separate instances, two Oneida Hall residents, an 18-year-old woman and an 18-year-old man, were charged with driving with suspended registrations.

A 24-year-old commuter student was charged with driving with a suspended registration and an expired inspection.

Police charged a 26-year-old Auburn woman with driving with a suspended registration.

Police arrested a 40-year-old Cheektowaga woman for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding.

Police charged a 21-year-old Onondaga Hall resident with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and not wearing a seatbelt.

Police arrested a 22-year-old Scales Hall man for driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with an blood alcohol content of .08 or higher, speeding and not stopping properly at a stop sign.
