Arrests Feb. 20 to March 3

Between Feb. 20 and March 3, 2017, SUNY Oswego police investigated several cases of found property, drug possession and property damage, and made 16 arrests.

Misdemeanors

Police charged a 23-year-old Moreland Hall resident with fourth-degree criminal mischief.

A 19-year-old Oneida Hall resident was charged with third-degree criminal trespass.

A 19-year-old Onondaga Hall resident was charged with third-degree falsely reporting an incident.

Violations

A 22-year-old Brooklyn man was charged with disorderly conduct.

Police charged a 20-year-old Syracuse man with unlawful possession of marijuana and two vehicle and traffic law violations.

A 19-year-old Onondaga Hall resident was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

An 18-year-old Riggs Hall resident was charged with second-degree harassment.   

Motor vehicle misdemeanors 

A 21-year-old Oswego man was arrested for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor, and speeding, an infraction.

A 51-year-old Oswego woman was charged with driving without insurance and having a suspended registration.

In separate instances, police charged a 20-year-old student, a 37-year-old Oswego man and a 21-year-old Oswego man with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. The 21-year-old was also charged with speeding.

Police charged a 22-year-old Oswego man with driving with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor, and speeding, an infraction.

A 21-year-old Oneida Hall resident was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor, and two violations.

Police charged a 20-year-old Oneida Hall resident with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and not using a seatbelt.

Police charged a 22-year-old student with driving with a suspended registration and driving an uninspected vehicle.
