The Students

In Fall 2014, there were roughly 8,034 students enrolled at SUNY College at Oswego, about 7,193 undergraduates and 841 graduates.
The undergraduate student body is generally traditional. More than 75% of full-time students are between 18 and 21 years old, and 95.3% are studying full-time toward a degree.
The ratio of male to female undergraduate students is close to 49:51.
New York residents comprise approximately 95% of all enrollees.
In Fall of 2014 students came from almost every county in New York as well as from 32 states and 16 foreign countries.
Transfer students from local community colleges and other higher education institutions comprise about 34% of first time full time undergraduate students.
