2022 Annual Mandatory Training

Human Resources would like to announce the annual rollout of mandatory online training courses through the Thomson Reuters Compliance Learning Program. These include: Preventing Workplace Violence, Domestic Violence Prevention in the Workplace, Child Sexual Abuse Reporting, Preventing Discrimination and Harassment, Internal Controls Essentials, Right to Know, and Information Security Awareness.

In the next few days, you should receive a training assignment email from Thomson Reuters Compliance Learning providing online access to these training courses. You will have 30 days to complete the seven courses. Once you have completed the courses, Human Resources will automatically receive confirmation and no further action is required by you.

All faculty and staff, regardless of title, must complete each of these training courses.

You may review the campus applicable policies and procedures on the HR Website.

In the event you receive an assignment or reminder emails requesting completion of the mandatory training course while you are no longer actively employed at SUNY Oswego, you may simply disregard the request.
