Technology Education: Field Experience Information
All technology education candidates will sign up for field experiences during the times listed below for the fall and the week of Feb. 8, 2017 for the spring during the following courses:
Field Experience I: Elementary School
During TED 201: Introduction to Teaching Technology Education, you will register for TED 211.
Orientation will be in the beginning of February within your class.
Field Experience II: Middle School
During TED 206: Introduction to Teaching Technology Education Curriculum, you will register for TED 216.
Orientation will be in the beginning of February within your class.
Field Experience III: High School
During TED 306: Methods of Teaching Technology Education, you will register for TED 316.
Orientation will be in the beginning of February within your class.
Tk20 Field Experience Application
Both the Field Experience and Student Teaching applications will become available on the dates listed below in Tk20. For those going into Field Experience III, your Student Teaching Application for the following semester, will be included within the same application.

- I,II and III: Jan. 2 to 20, 2017

Note: A coordinator from the Field Placement Office will conduct a Field Placement Orientation at the beginning of each semester. Candidates will receive additional information during the courses listed above.
