Staff profile

Sona recently graduated in the summer of 2023 with a bachelor's degree in Biology from SUNY Oswego, where she also served as a Senator in the Student Association. She has been working at the Help Desk as a student worker since January 2023. 

Sona became a Help Desk Support Specialist in August of 2023. The Help Desk Support Specialist is primarily responsible for providing Tier I support to the campus community for a range of technical services and applications on both PC and Macintosh platforms. They also conduct technical workshops for the campus community, create and maintain documentation and self-help materials in printed and online formats, and help develop new ways to offer support to technology users at SUNY Oswego.
