Dustin O'Neil is Penfield Library's Technology Support Professional. Dustin assists the library's faculty, staff, and students with their technology needs. Dustin also supports the wide array of technology in Penfield, including the 24-hour computer lab, common area computers, classrooms, and LakerPrint stations. He is also responsible for the technology needs of Mahar and Tyler halls, among other things.
Dustin was born and raised in Oswego. He graduated from SUNY Oswego in 2003 with a BS in Computer Science. He lived in Charlotte, North Carolina for 15 years before moving back to Oswego in 2021. He has nearly 20 years of experience as a software developer and data analyst.
