A former US Marine, Bill has been with SUNY Oswego since 1983, beginning as an Instructional Support Assistant with the Learning Resources Center. Besides providing technical support, he is serving the college as a member of the Public Ceremonies Committee, Personnel Policy Council, and the Clean Air Committee.
He also is responsible for maintaining the campus cable system, digital signage operation and technology support to classrooms.
