Amanda's responsibilities as the Help Desk Coordinator​ ​include supervision of the operations and staff of the CTS Help Desk, assisting first-line staff when workloads are high or additional expertise is needed, communicating technical news and service announcements through email, social media, and blogs,​ and conducting technical training for the campus.

Amanda received a BS degree in Sustainable Energy Management from SUNY ESF and an AS degree in Business Administration from Onondaga Community College.
