Get Outside, Gain Insight

Using nature as a guide, teacher and healer, this group helps individuals combat stress and anxiety, find deeper connections in their lives as well as gain more meaning and joy to daily life.  The group will  meet for 12 consecutive sessions, many will be held outdoors at Rice Creek.  Each session will focus on a new skill, building on the week before.  Group will be limited to a maximum of 10 participants. Each session will last approximately 90 minutes.
