Choosing a Space:
When planning an event, it is very important to pick the appropriate venue not only for the size of your event but also for the physical needs of it (layout, equipment, etc). Your event coordinator will work closely with you to make sure you have the right space for your event Take a look at some of the different spaces we have in the Campus Center, Hewitt Union and Sheldon Hall*. Hover your cursor over each photo for a brief description.
**Please note that Sheldon Hall will be offline due to renovations beginning April 1st, 2012 and will remain offline through the Fall 2012 semester. This means that spaces in Sheldon Hall, including the ballroom, will not be reservable. Your event coordinator would be happy to speak with you about alternative locations for your event.**
