COMMENCEMENT
The 151st College Commencement will be held on Saturday, May 12, 2012
The ceremony for students and faculty in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences and the School of Communication, Media, and the Arts will be held at 9:00 a.m. The ceremony for students and faculty in the School of Business and School of Education will be held at 1:30 p.m. Both ceremonies will take place in the Campus Center.
The traditional academic processional will assemble on the sidewalk west of the Campus Center(Penfield Library side) forty-five (45) minutes before the ceremony is scheduled to begin.
The College of Liberal Arts and Sciences and the School of Communication, Media and the Arts will assemble at 8:15 a.m. The School of Business and the School of Education will assemble at 12:45 p.m. Processionals begin at 8:45 a.m. and 1:15 p.m., respectively.
A reception for graduates and guests will be held immediately following each ceremony in the tent north of the Convocation Center.
Graduates are to pick up caps and gowns, Commencement day procedures, tickets, and name cards starting April 30 at the College Store at the Campus Center. Telephone number to call and order: 312-5900. Graduates may order on-line from April 29 - May 4.
