    1. NOTE: If you choose the wrong printer for your operating system you will receive an error during the installation that says "This is the incorrect package for your machine. Please install W2K package." Go back to the list and select the appropriate printer.
    2. NOTE: If you receive an error regarding not being an administrator right click on the file and select "run as administrator."
  2. If you are using a printer for a 64-bit operating system and would like to use duplex (double-sided) printing, you will need to enable it manually. Follow these steps:
    1. In Windows XP, go to the start menu and select "Printers and Faxes." If you are using Vista or 7, go to the start menu and select "Devices and Printers."
    2. Right click on the printer and select "Printer Properties." If you are using Windows Vista or 7, you will additionally need to select the "Change Properties" button.
    3. "Go to the "Device Settings" tab.
    4. Under "Installable Options" about halfway down, you will see "Duplex Unit." Change to "Installed." Directly underneath that change "Allow Manual Duplexing" to disabled.
    5. Select "OK." You will then be able to duplex print.
