Chad Burridge Honored As SUNYAC Men's Basketball Player of the Week

Chad BurridgeOswego State men's basketball player Chad Burridge (So., Hannibal, N.Y.) has been named the SUNY Athletic Conference Men's Basketball Player of the Week for the week ending November 22, 2009. The Lakers are 2-1 overall after claiming the Max Ziel Tournament Championship with a 69-65 win over New Jersey City University and an 80-54 win over Medgar Evers.

Burridge finished the week averaging 22.3 points, 4.0 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 1.67 blocks per game.  He went 24-for-41 from the field for a .585 shooting percentage and shot .800 (16-for-20) from the free throw line during the three contests.  Burridge was also named the Most Valuable Player of the Max Ziel Men’s Basketball Tournament.
