The Princeton Review and USA Today have named SUNY Oswego to their 2012 list of 150 “best value” colleges and universities in the nation.

A 23-member team from SUNY Oswego successfully reached the top of Mount Kilimanjaro in mid-January as part of a class that brought learning to new heights.

SUNY Oswego will present the 49th annual Juried Student Art Exhibition, opening 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 27, in Tyler Art Gallery with a public reception and awards ceremony.

SUNY Oswego recognized the 6,989 alumni, faculty, emeriti, staff, parents and friends of SUNY Oswego, who made gifts to The Fund for Oswego from July 1, 2010, to June 30, 2011, and raised nearly $3 million in the Honor Roll of Appreciation posted on National Philanthropy Day, Nov. 15.
