Professional Staff Positions

The Professional Staff of our department includes:

• Residence Hall Directors (12)
• Assistant Hall Directors (7)
• Community Development Specialists (3)
• Assistant Directors (1)
• Associate Directors (3)
• Director (Assistant Vice President for Residence Life and Housing)

Each Residence Hall Director (RHD) is responsible for facilitating the residential program in their assigned residence hall. In the larger buildings, an Assistant Hall Director (AHD) works directly with the RHD to deliver the program. The Community Development Specialist of Residence Life and Housing (CDSs) each supervise several RHDs and are also responsible for one or more departmental programs (i.e., staff selection, training and development, summer programs). Each CDS is supervised by an Associate Director.
