Ticket Sales Policies
All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges for purchased tickets.
Cancelled or rescheduled events
Cancelled events: If an event is cancelled, refunds for that event will be available for a limited time as announced. Refunds for a cancelled event will only be processed during a specified and limited time. After this time period has passed, refunds for the cancelled event will no longer be issued.
Rescheduled events: If an event must be rescheduled, tickets purchased for the original event date will be honored on the new event date. Refunds for a rescheduled event will only be processed during a specified and limited time. After this time period has passed, refunds for the rescheduled event will no longer be issued.
Inclement weather: Only during extreme inclement weather conditions will events be cancelled or postponed. Rain or snow, in and of themselves, are not considered inclement weather. Ticket holders can call the SUNY Oswego information line at 315.312.3333 for updated information on closings and cancellations.
Lost, stolen or defaced tickets will not be reissued.
Tickets issued by the SUNY Oswego Box Office are "printed" on heat-sensitive ticket stock. Tickets printed using this technology can be sensitive to light and heat. Tickets exposed to extreme heat or bright sunlight (e.g., left in a car) may turn completely black and become unreadable. To avoid this situation, do not expose tickets to extreme heat or bright sunlight.
Tickets not received by mail
If tickets are lost, stolen, defaced or not received by mail, patrons should contact the SUNY Oswego Box Office immediately at 315.312.3073. If a ticket is reissued, the original ticket is void.
Will call tickets may be picked up at the Marano Campus Center Box Office ticket window or the Tyler Box Office ticket window during regular ticket window hours or at the event venue starting a minimum of 60 minutes prior to the event. Will call services are not available at the Downtown Box Office location. Please call the box office as will Call hours will vary by event. Patrons picking up will call tickets must present a photo ID.
Please note that the Marano Campus Center Box Office will be open two hours prior to the start of men's hockey games.
The following discounts may be available on an event-by-event basis. Please refer to tickets.oswego.edu for specific event discounts.
SUNY Oswego students: Currently registered SUNY Oswego students who have paid certain fees are eligible for one ticket per event at the discounted price when available. Valid SUNY Oswego ID must be presented at the time of purchase to qualify for discounts.
Groups: Groups are recognized as 10 or more people attending the same event. Group tickets are not available online.
We encourage parents to introduce their children to SUNY Oswego events/activities when they think the child is ready for the experience. We expect that parents will take into account the subject and nature of the event; the age, maturity and interest level of the child; and would be considerate of the other patrons seated near them.
Children of all ages are required to have a ticket to attend ticketed events. This requirement is in effect because of fire code regulations and to ensure the comfort of all patrons. Certain events (e.g., Laker hockey and basketball contests) do make a free “lap pass” available for children 5 years old and younger who do not require their own seat. Please check with the box office at 315.312.3073 for availability of lap passes when purchasing tickets to a specific event.
At Laker hockey games, children ages 15 years and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Some events have tickets available at discount prices for groups of 10 or more. Group tickets can be purchased at the ticket window or by phone. Group tickets purchased by phone will be placed in will call. Group tickets placed in will call must be picked up by a single representative of the group who, in turn, will be responsible for the distribution of the tickets to group members. Group tickets placed in will call cannot be picked up by individual members of a group. Will call tickets may be picked up at the Marano Campus Center Box Office ticket window or the Hewitt Box Office ticket window during regular ticket window hours or at the event venue starting a minimum of 60 minutes prior to the event. The group representative picking up will call tickets must present a photo ID.
Online customers are issued e-tickets to an event. E-tickets contain a barcode that will be scanned at the entrance to the event venue. Online customers are responsible for printing their own e-ticket(s) and bringing the e-ticket(s) to the event. E-tickets can be accessed and printed from the Checkout Confirmation page at the conclusion of the online checkout process. E-ticket(s) must be presented at the entrance to the event venue for admission to the event.

- Latecomers will be admitted at the discretion of the management.
- Each person, regardless of age, must have a valid ticket to enter an event.
- Reservations are no longer accepted.
