Financial planning

To begin the process for financial aid, you will need to complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) as soon as possible at fafsa.ed.gov. This form will be used to determine your eligibility for federal loans.

SUNY Oswego also recommends looking into additional funding options. SUNY Oswego offers assistantships, fellowships, grants, and scholarships. Companies may also offer to sponsor an employee's schooling through tuition reimbursement. If you are a veteran, there have been many changes for the benefits to assist veterans. Check with our veterans office to assist you with questions.
