Ola Kraszpulska is the Assistant Professor of Scenic and Lighting Design at SUNY Oswego. She earned her BFA in Theatre Production and Design at Marshall University, and her MFA in Scenic Design at Florida State University. She has twice attended the Prague Quadrennial, and was part of the 2007 USITT Study Tour through Serbia, Croatia and Monte Negro. Recent designs include The Bacchae, Clybourne Park, Young Frankenstein & Wait Until Dark, as well as a SALT nomination for her design of Always a Bridesmaid at Cortland Repertory Theatre.

Ola volunteers with the Eastern Farm Workers Association in Syracuse.

Performances and exhibitions

Ola has worked locally with Cortland Repertory Theatre, designing sets for Always a Bridesmaid, Fox on the Fairway, The Jungle Book and Pinocchio. She enjoys working with youth, working with Indiana University of Pensylvania's Footlight Players program, first as a Scenic Designer and Teaching Artist and most recently as the Director of the Design/ Tech/ Management (DTM) program. She also was the lighting designer for Oswego's Bicentennial Canal Theatre Project.
