the heart of Syracuse

Our Motto is Live Local, #LearnLocal.

SUNY Oswego's Syracuse campus provides the perfect opportunity to live in the community you love and #learnlocal at an affordable, nationally ranked university!

Our Syracuse campus truly is in the heart of downtown.  You can find whatever you are looking for right around any corner. Discover the boutiqes and restaurants in Armory Square.  Study at your favorite coffee shop or get together with your classmates at the famous Dinosaur BBQ.   Walk out our door to enjoy the Downtown Farmers Market during summer and fall  or experience the tranquility of winter while you watch ice skaters on the Clinton Square rink.

The SUNY Oswego Syracuse campus is contributing to the dynamic, evolving environment of downtown Syracuse.  Our Tyler Art Gallery is open to the public and features installations by regional artists.  Our classroom space is available to rent by local businesses and organizations for meetings and conferences.  We are actively pursuing more pathways to give back to Syracuse and be a resource for the community.
