Other Choices in Residence Halls

Additional Navigation

There are more options for your living environment here at Oswego then just a regular residence hall floor.

Quiet Floors
Students may choose the 14 hour quiet area located on Funnelle Hall's 9th floor. Also, 24-hour quiet areas are available in Riggs (garden level), Scales (garden level) and Seneca (1st floor) Halls.

The third floor of Hart Hall is designated as substance-free. The residents selecting this optional living section voluntarily agree to abstain from using alcohol and other drugs.

Living and Learning Communities
Living and Learning Communities offer First Year Students new experiences, both social and academic by providing opportunities to meet faculty and students who share their interests.  Together students in a Living and Learning Community can study for exams, explore options, discuss ideas, learn the "ins and outs" of the university, and have a good time!

International Students
Students may preference an international student as a roommate, subject to availability. If you would like to room with an international student, you indicate this in the MyHousing program during the online application process..
