Each year the Division of Academic Affairs develops a statement of goals that aligns closely with the mission of the college and that of the State University of New York. Faculty, department chairs, deans, program directors and other stakeholders meet to identify priorities and recommend strategies for addressing them. Over the course of the year, the provost monitors progress toward achievement of those goals and annually presents a comprehensive report to the college president.
