Anyone who receives a SUNY Oswego parking citation has the right to appeal the fine to the hearing officer within two business days of the date of the citation. After that time frame if no request has been received at this office, the citation becomes outstanding (payable). Appeals forms will contain all of the pertinent available information regarding the customer's account to provide a basis for the hearing officer to make a fair decision regarding the appealed citation.
If you would like to request a conference or special permit please email the Parking Office at parking@oswego.edu with the following information:
-Requesting Department
-Number of permits requested
-Date(s) permit needed
-Preferred parking area
-Visitor information (Name/ License Plate # if available)

An appeal hearing may be requested. Parking ticket appeals can be made online via our parking portal or by email to parking@oswego.edu. Request for appeals must be made within five business days after service of the citation. If you have any questions, call Parking Services at 315.312.3227.
