Campus Technology Services (CTS) is an integrated service organization overseeing administrative computing, instructional computing, network services, technology user support, and telecommunications. The department delivers a broad set of infrastructure, applications, and services that are vital to the operation and mission of the college.

What services this office offers:

Parking is allowed on campus by permit only. Students should purchase parking permits through the parking portal link on the website. Permits are not valid until the sticker is placed on the lower passenger corner of the windshield. Campus parking is divided into zones and permits are issued based on residence hall assignment or commuter status. Students must park within their assigned zone which is printed on the sticker. Students are allowed to park in Employee lots from 5 pm – midnight Monday - Friday and 7am to midnight on the weekend. Resident students are not allowed to park in commuter lots  or any residential zone other than their assigned zone. First-year students are allowed to have cars on campus. Please refer to the campus map on our website or contact the parking office if unsure where to park.

$50 per semester + $10 registration fee and NYS Tax

$100 for the academic year + $10 registration fee and NYS Tax

$120 for resident annual (summer included) + $10 registration fee and NYS Tax

What this office provides:

Student accounts manages student billing and the collection of tuition, room and board, and other fees associated with SUNY Oswego. 

What services this office offers:

  • Provides estimates for undergraduate costs (the total cost to attend SUNY Oswego) so students can be prepared.
  • Payment plans are offered so students can pay off their tuition bills over the course of the semester while they attend classes. 
  • Disburse State and Federal financial aid to be applied to your student account/bill 
  • Student accounts include fee descriptions, a common question is “why do I have to pay a transportation fee?” The transportation fee covers the Centro bus shuttle service, other fees are also explained on the website.
ID & Dining

What this office provides:

Laker LookUp

All new students must submit an ID photo through Laker LookUp. If you do not receive an ID at check-in upon arrival, there will also be a remote print location in Marano Food Activity Court.  It will be open from 8 AM - 6 PM each day this weekend. Students must submit their photo on Laker LookUp beforehand to receive their ID.

ID Cards- Your SUNY Oswego ID Card is your "key" to the campus! It will allow you to get into the dining centers, your residence hall, check out books from the library, the Centro bus, and much more!

Dining Plans- Meal plans have changed temporarily for Fall 2020 due to COVID-19. 

Visit the Auxilary services website to make meal plan changes.

Meal plan options are as listed below:

  • Oswego Plan- consists of 21 swipes a week and $180 in dining dollars and costs $2650 per semester
  • Ontario Plan- consists of 17 swipes a week and $200 in dining dollars and costs $2500 per semester
  • Bridge Street Plan- consists of 14 swipes a week and $220 in dining dollars and costs $2300 per semester (Note: available to transfers, sophomores and above only)

How it works:

Textbooks are available in several ways.

  • Order online through our website and have them delivered to your home, off campus address or residence hall.

  • Order online and pick them up by scheduling a time through our website. 

  • Come and get them in person. Schedule a time and then come to the Bookstore in Hewitt and our staff will get the books you need. 

The online options must be paid upon ordering with a major credit card or through a Flex Plan. If you prefer to pay with cash or check, please choose the in person option.
