Parent, Family and Guest Fees

Guests may be registered for a program once their student has selected an orientation date.  Please be aware that space in all programs is limited and assigned on a "first-come, first-served basis".  Program registration closes for students and guests 5 business days before the program start date or once the program is filled, whichever comes first.

PARENT & GUEST ORIENTATION PROGRAM

All fees include meals, refreshments, and program materials

First Years Parents and Guests

  • $99 per person: for guests 18 and older: Single Room 
  • $89 per person: for guests 18 and older: Double Room 
  • $69 per person: for guests 18 and older: No Lodging
  • $20 per person: for siblings (ages 17 and under) attending program
  • $25 per person: for Early Arrival (Lodging on campus the night before the program begins)

All siblings 17 or under must be accompanied by an adult at all times during programs other than the student.

Transfers Parents and Guests

  • $60 per person: for guests 18 and older: Program and Early Arrival (Lodging on campus the night before the program begins)
  • $35 per person:  for guests 18 and older: No Lodging
  • $20 per person: for siblings (ages 17 and under) attending program

For Reservations: 

Complete the Parent, Family and Guest reservation process when reserving a spot for the orientation program date through myOswego!  When making a reservation, have family member's names ready.  You will receive a confirmation for your program through your new Oswego Email Account only.

Parent and guest Orientation fees can be paid online with a Mastercard or Visa or in cash, check, or credit when you arrive for the Orientation program.
