The Office of New Student Orientation has partnered with several key campus departments that play an integral role in the new student experience to provide newly deposited students with one-on-one appointments to review or submit paperwork or get more information on services.
Make an Appointment
Family members are invited to join students at their scheduled appointment time. All appointments are hosted via Zoom; access information is sent to the student's SUNY Oswego email address after a meeting time is reserved.

Financial Aid and Student Accounts
Our Financial Aid and Student Accounts Counselors are available to discuss questions about your aid package, processing your aid requests, applying your aid dollars to your student account, paying your bill, and payment options

Veteran Services
Our staff in Veteran and Military Services are available to discuss questions you may have related to military benefits, veteran support on-campus, resources for veterans provided by SUNY Oswego, career counseling and opportunities, and more.

Registered Dietitian/Dietary Support
Dining services is an important part of student life on campus. It's our goal to make sure the students have access to healthy and delicious food. Auxiliary Services has a Registered Dietitian on campus that meets with students individually for a variety of reasons.

Accessibility Resources
Our Accessibility Resources staff members are available to discuss questions about any accessibility needs, such as exam accommodations, classroom accommodations, special housing, assistive technology, and much more.
