Daylight Hour on Friday to highlight sustainability

On Friday (June 16), SUNY Oswego will again participate in Daylight Hour. The campus community is asked to turn off the lights from noon to 1 p.m. to demonstrate the availability of daylight and the impact on the electrical grid in a single hour.

Henry Shikongo earns SUNY Faculty Diversity Program honor

Henry Shikongo of the SUNY Oswego theater department recently was chosen for SUNY’s prestigious Faculty Diversity Program, a three-year, salary-assistance and research award that enabled him to join the department as an assistant professor.
