College-Community Orchestra to play Beethoven, Tchaikovsky works

SUNY Oswego’s College-Community Orchestra will perform works of Beethoven and Tchaikovsky at 7 p.m. Friday, May 6, in Tyler Hall’s Waterman Theatre.

Under the direction of Juan F. La Manna of SUNY Oswego’s music faculty, the orchestra will present a concert featuring Beethoven’s Fourth Piano Concerto in G Major and Tchaikovsky’s Symphony No. 5.

Pianist Robert Auler, a SUNY Oswego faculty member, will be the featured soloist.

Admission costs $5, a donation to the College-Community Orchestra Scholarship Fund. The concert is free for SUNY Oswego students.
