Office hours

Fall 2018 Office Hours, Mondays 3-5 pm, Wednesdays 1-3 pm, Fridays 11-noon

Although I was born in New York state, I grew up in Round Rock, TX outside of Austin. I joined the faculty of SUNY Oswego in 2016.

My teaching experience includes teaching high school, community college, four year colleges and PhD granting institutions. In addition, I had two summer internships with the National Security Agency.

Research

My research addresses the instruction of courses for mathematics majors, particularly discrete mathematics and proof writing. I am currently working on projects related to grading practices and effectively providing written feedback on proofs.
