There are two ways for you to pay your library fines and fees:
- pay in cash, at the Check-Out & Reserves Desk
- pay with a credit card, online
If you choose to pay by credit card, you will need to fill out the online form with your credit card information. This information is then added to the basket and you are directed to the payment page to complete the transaction.
How do I find out what the balance is on my library fine?
The best way to determine the amount of money you owe the library is by calling the Check-Out & Reserves Desk at 315-312-2560 or by emailing at firstname.lastname@example.org. This will help prevent you from making an underpayment or overpayment on your account.
How can I tell if my payment was received?
Check the receipt you receive by email, sent shortly after you make your online payment. Please save a copy of this receipt to show you paid the fine, if requested to do so by the library staff.
Can I appeal my fines?
If you feel a library fine is unjustified, you may appeal it.
How do I get my library hold removed?
A hold is automatically placed on your student account when library fines and lost book fees accumulate over $10. Fines and holds that have been paid will be lifted from your account within 24 hours (or the next business day) or take your payment receipt to the Check-Out & Reserves Desk for removal by a staff member (when available — call first late nights and weekends).
If you have any questions, please contact the Check-Out & Reserves Desk at 315-312-2560 or at email@example.com
