NYS CSEA Partnership online learning certificate program

The NYS & CSEA Partnership for Education and Training (Partnership) is pleased to announce a new online blended learning certificate program for CSEA-represented New York State employees.

The Navigating Customer Service Challenges Certificate Program is an engaging four-week learning opportunity for employees who are looking to enhance their customer service skills. Employees can apply for this program between November 27, 2017 and January 2, 2018. To earn a certificate, participants must successfully complete the program requirements between January 8, 2018 and February 2, 2018. For more information visit the NYS CSEA Partnership website.
