What you will study:

Our 33-credit interdisciplinary degree integrates concepts and methods from computer science, graphic design, and the social sciences. Drawing upon these concepts and methods, you will learn user-centered design approaches as they create information and communication technologies such as websites, mobile apps, computer games, and software design.

Our program has been developed into two tracks, each designed to customize your education by making projects applicable to your desired career outcome.

Project Track - This track highlights student projects to apply classroom knowledge in analysis and evaluation, implementation, and design. The courses focus on emerging areas of HCI to provide opportunities for research and analysis.

Professional Track - This interdisciplinary track includes business management electives selected from our award-winning MBA programs. Students will take courses such as operations management to prepare for the application of business principles to HCI. Students are required to complete a 3-credit internship designed to provide a pre-professional experiential learning opportunity.
