SUNY Oswego in the High Schools provides an opportunity for academically eligible high school students to enroll in SUNY Oswego courses at their high school.  Courses and instructors are approved by SUNY Oswego faculty/departments and are offered at participating high schools throughout New York State.

To receive SUNY Oswego credits, students must enroll and pay through this website.  The program fee is $175 per 3 credit course and $235 per 4 credit course. Students who participate in the Free and Reduced School Lunch program are eligible for a discounted program fee, $85 per 3 credit course and $115 per 4 credit course.  To receive the discounted program fee, students must provide official proof of participation from their school district.  Email documentation to or fax to 315.312.5692.  Students participating in the New Vision program are not eligible for an additional discount.

Students who do not pay will be dropped and will not receive SUNY Oswego credit for their course(s).  Credits may be used at SUNY Oswego or transferred to other Colleges and Universities.  Upon high school graduation, students will be mailed one official transcript, which can be sent to the College or University they will be attending.  Students can request additional official transcripts for an additional fee.  It is up to the receiving institution as to how credit is awarded.

We offer the following programs: HS Language (ASL 101, FRE 201, FRE 202, GER 201, GER 202, SPA 201, SPA 202); HS History (HIS 202 and HIS 203, together), HS Creative Writing (CRW 206, CRW 208), HS Cinema and Screen Studies (CSS 235) and the New Vision Program (located on SUNY Oswego campus through partnership with CiTi BOCES). Not all courses are available at every school.  Click here to view the courses offered at your school.

New Vision: The New Vision program is a competitive, rigorous, immersion-based program for college-bound seniors who have an interest in the law and government, health care or business fields.  Oswego County BOCES (CiTi) and SUNY Oswego developed a partnership to host the programs at Sheldon Hall on the SUNY Oswego campus.  This program is offered in conjunction with CiTi and is open to resident of Oswego County.  This program allows seniors to earn 12 college credits by taking a series of relevant courses through the course of the academic year.
