The SUNY Oswego Phoenix Center is located just off exit 14 of I-481. The unique and convenient learning center is housed within the Phoenix Industrial Park, and offers graduate programs, professional development workshops, customized training programs and room rentals for businesses and organizations.
Each of the rooms feature a customizable space that can accommodate large and small groups. The center also offers a removable wall between two rooms to increase the potential for space. The naturally lite commons area offers a space for receptions, collaborative work and a place to relax.
Our rooms feature the latest teaching technologies, including computers, projectors and a PC-based computer lab. The entire facility is equipped with wireless internet.

$140 per full day
$70 per half day
Fully Equipped Computer lab
$260 per full day
$130 per half day
Additional lobby or corridor space for buffet, registrations, displays, etc.
$50 with full day rental
$25 eith half day rental
Discounted pricing is available for non-profit organizations.
Special arrangements can be made for event hours outside normal operations.
