You are here

Your decision to attend SUNY Oswego is the start of what we know will be a rewarding experience. While this is an exciting time for you, the transition to higher education can be a challenge. To help you with this transition, we have created an online orientation guide (PDF) for evening and online degree students. It will provide you with an understanding of the services and resources available to you as a student, the institutional policies that guide our educational procedures, and the necessary steps you must take before you start your first semester.
Once you have viewed the online orientation in its entirety, please call the Division of Extended Learning at 315.312.2270 to set up a phone or in-person appointment with an advisor to discuss your first semester schedule. Be advised that the online orientation will guide you through multiple requirements you need to complete prior to being able to register for courses. Please make sure you have them completed prior to scheduling your advisement appointment!
We look forward to hearing from you soon!
