Brightspace On Demand Support

The Instructional Design Team partners with Campus Technology Services to provide Brightspace faculty support.

Faculty who have questions or need technical assistance can submit a help desk ticket by emailing [email protected] or by going to the TeamDynamix self-service portal. Tickets will be responded to during normal business hours.

We also offer Zoom Office Hours throughout the week. Faculty can “drop in” to ask specific questions about Brightspace. Go to the Help and Support page on the Digital Learning Environment website for the schedule and Zoom link.

After Hours Brightspace Support

Visit SUNY Online Support Services Help Desk for daytime, evening and weekend Brightspace support. The SUNY Online Help Desk is available to faculty and students.

Self-Service Knowledge Base

Coming soon!

During the Fall '23 semester, all Brightspace documentation will be moved to the TeamDynamix Knowledge Base. This change will enable all Brightspace users to go to one place for answers. Documents will be cover a variety of topics.

Until that process is complete, please go to the Digital Learning Environment Website. The DLE website offers details on how to set up, teach and troubleshoot courses in Brightspace. The documentation provided under Help and Support were created by Oswego’s DLE support team for SUNY Oswego Faculty.
