The SUNY Oswego Educational Administration Department is committed to providing high-quality professional development opportunities to New York State Educational Leaders.  Our Leaders of Leaders Program is designed for today's educational administrators who are ready to take their leadership skills to the next level.

We are in the midst of the largest educational reforms in the history of public education in the United States.  Preparing students for yesterday or today is no longer adequate.  The stakes are high.  Accountability is critical.  Our graduates must not only be college and career ready, but also compete for jobs in a global marketplace.  Educational leaders MUST be instructional leaders and have the skills to lead other leaders, teachers, students, and communities forward for tomorrow’s workforce.  Enroll in the SUNY Oswego Leaders of Leaders program to learn critical strategies that will meet these challenges with success.
