Kristen FlintAs an Instructional Designer, I work with faculty who are developing online, hybrid, and face-to-face courses; supporting them in design of effective and rigorous learning experiences.

I hold an MS in Instructional Design, Development and Evaluation from Syracuse University; a BS in Telecommunications, Multimedia and Applied Computing from CSU Monterey Bay and an AAS in Computer Information Systems from SUNY Broome.

Prior to joining the staff at SUNY Oswego in 2013, I was part of Syracuse University’s School of Education technology support team, a position I held for eight years, where I provided technical and instructional support to faculty, staff and students. I also concurrently served as a Graduate Assistant and Research Assistant while completing my Masters degree, at the time I joined the technology support team. Through my Graduate Assistantship, I had the privilege of working with David R. Krathwohl, assisting him with a variety of projects.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter. We enjoy camping and participating in a variety of activities. In my spare time, I find relaxation in scrapbooking my family’s adventures.
