Kerry Carney is one of the principals of Grenell Consulting (www.grenell.com), a strategy and leadership consulting organization that works with CEO's & Executive Directors in leading for the long term. Grenell uses its behavioral science background, unique assessment methodologies & coaching skills in helping organizations create and execute powerful and practical strategic plans while strengthening organizational leadership geared to bringing out the best in all employees.
Kerry has more than 25 years of global business experience with smaller, entrepreneurial business units of major corporations--GE, Xerox & Thomson Consumer Electronics. As a leadership team member, she played a key role in the development of strategic plans and implementing organization and people actions necessary to achieve those plans. Her worldwide business experience includes organization development, coaching, strategic planning, recruiting and staffing, training, talent management, performance management, compensation planning, communications and employee relations. Kerry is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and a past board member of the Central New York chapter of SHRM; a member of the Central New York Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD); and, a member of the Human Resource Committee for Catholic Charities.
