Kelly Sullivan, SPHR

Kelly Sullivan is an organizational consultant and trainer. Since 1996, she has worked with manufacturers, universities, service-sector businesses and non-profit organizations to help them develop both their culture and their most powerful resource - people. As Founder of CSTI, Kelly has helped organizations build skills, develop strategy, enhance leadership capability, improve group work, cultivate customer relationships, increase sales and overall effectiveness. Kelly's strength lies in building self-awareness and teaching human relations skills, including listening, conflict resolution, agreement setting and building partnerships. She is a certified MBTI facilitator and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.

In addition to her work as a consultant, Kelly has over 20 years of experience as a leader, an internal consultant and a human resource practitioner. Her work has included recruiting and selection, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, executive coaching and team development. Additionally, she facilitates AMA Human Resource Workshops for the State University of New York at Oswego, Division of Continuing Education.

Kelly is a graduate of the State University of New York at Oswego (Communication Studies), and is certified in Classroom Training Techniques through the University of Michigan, School of Business Administration.
